Clocking 26th years on the throne as Emir of Ilorin, the Director General and Chief Executive Officer of Micheal Imoudu National Institute of Labour Studies (MINILS) has congratulated Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu Gambari.
