Small Scale Business Owners Tasks To Take Advantage of Ongoing Free CAC Registration

The small scale business owners in the country has been tasked to take advantage of the ongoing free Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration in the country courtesy of the Federal Government to formalize their businesses.

This was disclosed by the Information Officer of Osun State

Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Mrs Ademiotan Adegbulugbe while talking to some selected youths in the state said they should visit State Ministry of Commerce and Industry for guidance and seamless exercise.

Stressed that the ministry will make the ongoing CAC registration accessible for all applicants irrespective of their stratification in the society.

Recall that the federal government recently as part of its social intervention relief program announced CAC registration for small scale business owners across the country at no cost.

She further said “although their ministry is not in charge of issuing CAC certificate as it is only saddled with collation of applicants details, adding that the final process will be done by the commission.

She also dismissed the insinuation by the public that the ministry is playing politics with the ongoing exercise in order to deprive some citizens of the free registration.

She maintained that the ministry is opened for all applicants to submit their details as pre-registration, saying the exercise is still ongoing.
