Mustapha salutes Mutawalli of Ilorin @67

The Senator representing Kwara Central in the National Assembly, Mallam Saliu Mustapha, on Monday felicitated the Mutawalli of Ilorin, Dr Muhammad Alimi AbdulRazaq, on his 67th birthday anniversary, describing him as a distinguished Ilorite, who symbolizes humility.

In a congratulatory message he personally issued to rejoice with the legal luminary, Mustapha, who is also the Turaki of Ilorin said the celebrant has not only proven himself as a minister in the temple of justice but a political sage.

The legislator added that Kwarans have benefitted immensely from the sagacity of Dr Alimi since his voyage in politics and humanitarian services.

Mustapha joined the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, AbdulRazaq’s family, particularly the Governor of Kwara State and Chairman, Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF), AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, friends of the leading light in the legal profession, professional colleagues, mentees and other well wishers as they celebrate Dr Alimi AbdulRazaq.

He acknowledged the contributions of the Mutawalli of Ilorin to the progress of the country, particularly the Ilorin Emirate and praised him for not confining his God-given intellectual acumen and brilliance to his profession as he also got himself deeply involved in the political landscape of the country.

The lawmaker therefore prayed to the Almighty Allah to continue to give Dr Alimi sound health, wisdom and long life to enable him do more for the country and Ilorin Emirate in particular.
