MM incorporated his first company in 1993. Mosakab Nigeria Limited was established to carry out general services. Through years of hard work and dedication, the company has earned a place among the top companies in Nigeria offering a wide range of services to its ever-increasing clientele.
Mashood Mustapha’s versatility coupled with his passion for civil engineering led to the establishment of Highrise Builders Ltd. The company was incorporated in March 2000 to carry out business as Engineers and Contractors. Since its formation, High Rise Builders Limited has delivered top-notch construction projects for both government and private establishments across the country.
MM made a foray into the energy sector with the birth of Energy Solutions Nigeria Limited. The company was incorporated in September 2000 to carry out the business of trading, marketing, and general services. Since its establishment, the company has undertaken several projects in the oil and gas sector. It also deals in the sales and installation of transformers and transmission stations as well as solar energy equipment.
This astute businessman made inroads into the hospitality sector with the incorporation of Crystal House International Hotels Limited in March 2010. The company was established to provide Hotel and Apartment Services, Hospitality Services, and Catering and Event Management Services. Since its inception, Crystal Hotels has been offering top-notch hospitality services to its teeming clients. The hotel which has been tastefully furnished for clients’ optimum comfort, is the preferred choice of expatriates and clients who place a premium on quality service delivery.
Mashood Mustapha traversed into the telecommunications sector with the establishment of Crystal Empire Standard Communications. The company was incorporated in June 2019 to provide telecommunication, branding, and advertising services that proffer sustainable solutions to societal challenges.
That same year, December 2019 to be precise, Crystal Capital Management and Training Limited was birthed. The company was established to provide consultancy and capacity development services. It offers training programs for both private and government agencies within and outside the country in conjunction with its international partners/affiliates with the sole aim of improving executive performance and productivity. The company has partnered with the International Society for Research in Education and Science (ISRES) for high-level training.
The aforementioned companies which formed what is today known as Crystal Group of Companies Limited are the brainchild of Mashood Mustapha. Over the last 3 decades, MM’s business conglomerate which spreads across countries like Nigeria, Ghana, Dubai, and Burkina Faso, has provided empowerment and job opportunities for thousands of youth while also bringing succour to the indigents through its social development programs. MM is the Chairman/CEO of Crystal Group Nigeria Limited, Crystal House Ghana Limited, and Crystal Trading Company Dubai, UAE. He is also the Board Chairman of the Nigeria-Guinea Bissau Chamber of Commerce.
Mashood Mustapha’s business acumen is something that should be studied by aspiring entrepreneurs.
