Alliance For Sustainable Kwara Rejoices With Governor AbdulRazaq On Sardauna Title

The Alliance For Sustainable Kwara (ASK), an association devoted to the promotion of the ideals, programmes, policies and achievements of the Kwara State governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has rejoiced with the governor on the conferment of the prestigious title of Sardauna of Ilorin on him by the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari.

The association in a statement personally signed by its chairman, Alhaji Razaq Lawal, described the conferment of the Sardauna title on Governor AbdulRazaq as well deserved.

Describing Governor AbdulRazaq as a pacesetter, silent and humble achiever, Lawal said the honor done the governor by no less a personality than the Emir of Ilorin and chairman, Kwara State Council of Traditional rulers is a testament to the governor’s milestone achievements in the last five years of his people – centred administration.

While saying that members of ASK comprising seasoned administrators( serving and retired), grassroots politicians and business moguls, are proud of the governor’s achievements, Lawal assured him of their continuous support.

Lawal thanked His Royal Highness, Mai Martaba, Sarkin Ilory, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari for finding Governor AbdulRazaq worthy of the unique appointment.

He expressed delight that the era of the foremost monarch and the governor has continued to engender unprecedented development of not only Ilorin, the state capital, but the entire Kwara State.

The ASK chairman pray Allah to elongate the life of Emir Sulu-Gambari and grant the governor more opportunities to serve Ilorin, Kwara and Nigeria at the national level.
