Governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) are all in support of their Kaduna State counterpart, Nasir El-Rufai’s statement that some elements in the Presidential Villa are working against the victory of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in the February 25 presidential election.
El-Rufai had made the statement when he appeared on Channels Television programme Sunrise Daily on Wednesday.
He said the current fuel and Naira scarcity being experienced across the country was having a negative effect on the campaign of Tinubu.
Reacting to El-Rufai’s statement, Kano State Governor State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje said all the APC governors were in support of the statement.
According to him, the APC described the happenings in the country as a direct sabotage to Tinubu’s presidential bid.
He said the governors are united and will fight saboteurs together with their southern counterparts.
Tinubu had also in the rallies in Abeokuta and Calabar accused saboteurs of working against the party’s interest and causing suffering for Nigerians.
