A popular face at the Television Continental (TVC) Morayo Akabashorun, especially, those that are fans of that station morning programme tagged “breakfast chat show” has came out to celebrate his late Father as one of the heroes of Democracy in Nigeria, in marking democracy day.
in her words “Permit me to celebrate my late father, Alao Aka-Bashorun. He is one of the unsung heroes of June 12. His sickness after Kudirat’s death relegated him to the background. He had a partial stroke. Once you are out of mainstream politics, Nigeria seems to forget. Dad, I duff my hat”
