The American Chartered Institute of Management and Leadership (African Operations) has appointed, Dalegan Hawal Olayiwola PhD, FCIML and Atanda Olabisi Shukurat Msc, CHCMP as coordinators for North-Central and South-West respectively.
African Director of Operations, Prof Asiwaju Busari Shamsuddeen Akande disclosed the appointment after the approval of the management board of the institute.
Disclosed that the appointment is a two years renewable term.
“Regional Coordinators work directly with the African Director of Operations and support the efforts of the CIML program as assigned. Each Regional Coordinator will work with his/her active alumni/ Members to advance the mission and objectives of the Institute”

Regional Coordinator for North-Central
Dr Dalegan Hawal Olayiwola, an alumni of the Prestigious IIC University of Technology Cambodia holds a Bachelor, Master and Doctorate Degrees in Accounting respectively. Dr Hawal is a native of Ilorin Emirate, Kwara State. He was born on the 27th December, 1993 to the families of Alhaji and Hajia Hassan Dalegan.
Dr Hawal is an American Chartered Forensic Manager, Fellow of the London Institute of Professional Financial Managers. He holds an American Post Graduate Diploma in Education. He is a Certified Fellow of the American Chartered Institute of Management and Leadership.
He is also a UK Certified Public Accountant cum Pakistani Forensic Accountant.
He is to oversee the training and development of prospective and current members of the Institute.
Hawal has extensive leadership and Forensic Accounting Experience having led operations in various complex settings with a strong focus on advocating for accountability and professionalism.
Atanda Olabisi Shukurat Msc, CHCMP
South-West Coordinator
Olabisi is a Certified Professional in Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine.
An American Chartered Healthcare Professional and C.E.O Irawo glitznglowherbalspa, was born in Lagos on the 4th December 1982. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science and Master of Science in Business Administration respectively. She posseses different certifications in Health Care, Spa, Herbal Therapy from Ghana, WHO and USA.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management and Leadership USA with the Prestigious Health Care Management Professional Certification.
Train specifically suitably qualified Professionals interested in Management of Health Care Courses across the Nigerian South West
She is to oversee the members activities.
