Dawulung Resumes As New Kwara FRSC Sector Commander

The New Sector Commander, Kwara Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Kwara Sector Command, Corps Commander Stephen Dawulung, has assumed duty.

The statement issued by the Sector’s Public Relation Officer (PRO) SRC Busari Basambo, reads “the new FRSC Sector Commander arrived Kwara Sector on Friday 17th November and was received by Senior Officers of the Command.

“In his address to Officers and Men, at a parade organized in his honour, Dawulung tasked on the need for higher commitment and focus on the reduction of road traffic crash fatalities and injuries within Kwara State and its environs while shunning all forms of corruption.

“Dawulung also held a strategy meeting with all Heads of Departments and  Units, where he charged them to discharge their primary duties with firmness and fairness.

“The Sector Commander, further, advised motorists to adhere strictly to road traffic rules and regulations in order to avoid chances of being involved in road traffic crashes.

He said “Useful ideas and suggestions from the public that can bring about a safer motoring environment in Kwara will be welcomed”

The new Sector Commander; Corps Commander Stephen E Dawulung, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and a Masters in Law and Diplomacy.

Before his appointment, Dawulung, the 20th Sector Commander in the State, was in charge of the Transport Section of the Technical Services Department, Federal Road Safety Corps Headquarters, Abuja
