FEC has also approved N765m as additional fee for the forensic audit of the activities of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC.

While briefing newsmen, the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Umana Okoh, said the auditors engaged to do the job had since concluded their work, but that in the course of their assignment, it was discovered that they had to deal with many more projects than were initially envisaged, hence the need for additional fee to pay up their entitlements appropriately.
