Group hails Gov. AbdulRazaq over appointments

A political association, Moro AA Unity Forum, has hailed Kwara State governor, AbdulRahaman AbdulRazaq for appointing men of integrity and grassroots politicians into key government offices.

The association also praised the governor for spreading the dividends of democracy across the length and breadth of the state through such appointments.

The governor made new appointments at the tail end of December 2022, including the composition of board members of two key government agencies; Kwara Internal Revenue Service (KWIRS) and Harmony Holdings.

MAAUF in a statement signed by its spokesman, Engr Layi Ayinde, specifically thanked the governor for the appointment of one of a member of the forum, Alh. Tunde Yusuf into the board of Harmony Holdings Limited.

It stated that the appointment of Yusuf coming at this point in time, acknowledges the patriotic support, contributions and dedication of members of the forum, to the progress of the APC in Moro local government and the administration of Governor AbdulRazaq.

While assuring the governor that Yusuf will justify the confidence reposed in him, the association also assured him of the continued support of the people of Moro local government area.

“The forum wants to assure the governor of the support of members of Moro AA Unity Forum towards the victory of all APC candidates in the forthcoming general elections,” the statement added.
