The founder and financier of Tajudeen Olesin Foundation, Ambassador (Dr) Alhaji Ibrahim Shola Tajudeen Olesin on Thursday tasked the participants of its holiday school to be committed to their future by facing their studies squarely.
The philanthropist made the call while addressing the students at the venue of the 7th edition of Tajudeen Olesin’s free summer lesson and free educational materials held at Government Day Secondary School Amule in Ilorin East local government area of Kwara State.

He urged the student comprising JSS 1 to SSS 3 to be dedicated to their studies saying they must be circumspect in determining what they wish to become in the future and a brighter and better future could be easily secured through a commitment to their studies at this stage of their life.
He also reminded the pupils about the special gift and scholarship to the best performing students saying all these would be determined via an examination scheduled to come up later during the summer class period.

The educationist also met with the teachers and implored them to be good role models for the pupils saying that doing this would further enable pupils to have an everlasting memory about them.
Olesin also reiterated his commitment to the welfare of teachers and pledged a special gift to the best teachers during the period and appealed to them to be fair in the selection of the best students who will be given scholarships across all the classes.

Olesin also paid a visit to the education secretary of Ilorin East for their warm accommodation and seized the opportunity to express appreciation to the Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq-led State government for creating a conducive environment.
Responding on behalf of the teachers, Mr Ibrahim Baruba, expresses gratitude to Ambassador Olesin for choosing the path of nurturing the younger generation for a prosperous future and a better society, and extend the appreciation to the coordinators for working with a qualified and competent teacher.
He commended the unbiased selection of picking of tutors across all the Wards in Ilorin East and Kwara Central in general.
He also commended Olesin for the amount to be remunerated to the participating teachers and all the coordinators and prayed to Almighty Allah to continue to enrich him.
