A House of Representatives aspirant, Barrister Abiola Yinus Abdulkareem, has condoled with the House of Representatives member representing Ekiti Irepodun Isin Oke-Ero Federal Constituency, Hon. Raheem Tunji Olawuyi, over the demise of his mother, Hajia Sifawu Olawuyi.
He described the transition of the mother of National Assembly member admirably referred to as Ajulo-Opin as painful, especially now that her wise counsel and elderly wisdom were needed to advance the cause of humanity.
Abdulkareem also known as Jagunlabi, who is aspiring for the seat of Ekiti/Irepodun/Isin/Oke-Ero Federal Constituency in the Green Chamber of the National Assembly on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), noted that Olawuyi’s matriarch would be sorely missed but for her enduring legacy.
In a condolence message issued in Ilorin, the House of Representatives aspirant encouraged the legislator to be comforted that her late mother lived a fulfilled life as a worthy mother and embodiment of good virtues.
He prayed to the Almighty Allah to grant the deceased eternal bliss and give the family the fortitude to endure the loss.
“My condolences to Hon. Raheem Tunji Olawuyi on the death of his mother, Hajia Sifawu Olawuyi. Though the transition of our mother at this time that her wise counsel and elderly wisdom would be mostly needed was painful, the solace for the entire family is that our mother lived a fulfilled life.
“I urge Hon Ajulo-Opin to take heart. The transition of our mother should reinforce his faith that only Almighty Allah gives and takes at will. And most importantly is the enduring legacy of our mother that would surely outlive her.
“On behalf of my family, members and supporters of our great party in Ekiti/Irepodun/Isin/Oke-Ero Federal Constituency, we commiserate with our legislator in this trying time. I pray to the Almighty to comfort you”, the condolence message partly read.
