Kwara APC in Lagos Hails Gov AbdulRasaq, Pledges Support To Fagbemi

Members of All Progressive Congress (APC) kwara indigenes based in Lagos have applauded Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq for his even distribution of dividends of democracy across every part of the state.

Speaking during the homage visit to the newly elected APC chairman in the state, Prince Sunday Fagbemi, on Thursday, the chairman of the group Alhaji Gbadamosi Adisa Alago said Governor AbdulRahman has showed quality of a good leader in terms of how he has been distributing projects across every part of the state.

“We are proud of His Excelency and much proud to be members of the ruling APC, for the purpose of record, we have been working for the success of APC since 2018 ; we hosted His Excelency in Lagos as candidate of the party and mobilized maximally from Lagos to Kwara during the 2019 election that gave 100 percent victory to our great party”

“We do not only relent, we are monitoring the government since assumption of office and proud to say that he has done well in area of governance and building new kwara where everyone would be proud us” he said

Alhaji Adisa Alago congratulayed the party chairman, Prince sunday Fagbemi and other elected executive members on their victories at the State Congress.

Introducing the party chairman, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Political matter, Abdulateef Alakawa, appreciated prince Fagbemi for efforts he is putting in to reconcile all the aggrieved party members since his assumption of office .

Welcoming the guests, the party chairman, Prince Fagbemi, , flanked by APC Chieftain Oloriewe Raheem Adedoyin, Alh. Alakawa and the Special Adviser to the Governor on Political Communication, Alh. Bashir Adigun, appreciated the group for their unalloyed commitment to the party.
The Chairman confirmed that he has been working to reconcile all the aggrieved members and give every stakeholder a sense of belonging so that the party will come out better and stronger ahead of the next general election.


He admonished the group to be more accomodating to kwara indigenes in Lagos who wish to beling to their group.

Prince Fagbemi urged the group to keep supporting the government of APC and the AbdulRahman administration said governor will keep distributing dividends of democracy in all sincerity.

The group presented a Congratulatory letter and a list of their newly elected executive committee to Fagbemi.

Some of the newly elected executive of the group are: Alhaji Gbadamosi Adisa Alago, Chairman, Alhaji Tajudeen Yahaya, Secretary, Funmilayo Atoyebi, women leader and Hajia Awawu Ayodeji Ayinde, treasurer.
