Marketers Assure APC House Of Assembly Candidate, Arinola Lawal Of Support

Market men and women in Kwara State have expressed their support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Assembly candidate for Ilorin East constituency, Hajia Arinola Fatimoh Lawal.

The traders said it is payback time for the daughter of late Governor Muhammad Lawal.

They recalled how Hajia Lawal uplifted them during her time as commisioner for Business, Innovation and Technology in the cabinet of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.

The Ijaloja general of Kwara State, Alhaja Sidikat Akaje and the Babaloja general, Alhaji Abdullahi Sa’ad made the position of the traders known when the House of Assembly candidate visited them in Ilorin, the state capital.

The Iyaloja thanked Hajia Lawal for her support for the market men and women.

The Babaloja also praised Hajia Lawal for ensuring the progress and development of markets and marketers in the state during her time as the commissioner for Business, Innovation, and Technology.

Responding, Hajia Lawal also thanked her host for the warm hospitality accorded her and members of her entourage and for publicly acknowledging her contribution to the development of markets and the wellbeing of the marketers during her time as commissioner in the state.

She equally thanked them for their affection for her father, the late Governor Muhammad Alabi Lawal

Hajia Lawal said her modest achievements as a commisioner was as a result of the right leadership provided by Governor AbdulRazaq, saying “the credit is for His Excellency, Governor AbdulRahaman AbdulRazaq.”
