NSCDC Decorates 416 Promoted Officers in Kwara

The Kwara State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Dr. Umar J.G. Mohammed, has urged the newly promoted officers to embrace their new ranks with a heightened sense of duty and accountability.

Commandant Umar gave this charge on Thursday, 24th October 2024, during the decoration ceremony held at the State Command Headquarters in Ilorin.

The Newly promoted officers includes (21) Deputy Commandant of Corps, (10) Assistant Commandant of Corps, (13) Chief Superintendent of Corps, (48) Superintendent of Corps, (129) Deputy Superintendent of Corps, (127) Assistant Superintendent of Corps I, and (68) Assistant Superintendent of Corps II.

The Kwara NSCDC helmsman expressed his gratitude to the Honourable Minister of Interior, Hon. Tunji Ojo, and the Commandant General, Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni, OFR, for magnanimously approving a significant number of promotion in recognition of their hard work and commitment to service.

While congratulating the newly promoted officers on their well-deserved promotion, He charged them to redouble their efforts in the bid to actualize the mandate of the Corps.

Speaking on behalf of the newly promoted officers, DCC Augustine  Eramhaenze acknowledged with gratitude the divine favor that has led to their promotion to higher ranks. He assured that the officers would earnestly strive to fulfill their responsibilities with diligence and dedication.
