Ondo Govt Announces Monetary Reward For Exposing Criminals

Ondo State government has announced that anyone who exposes or reports incident leading to the arrest of kidnappers or other criminals in the state will be rewarded with a sum of 50,000 Naira.

The Commissioner for Information, Mrs Bamidele Ademola-Olateju made the this disclosure while briefing newsmen in Akure.

She said “this was to further encourage citizens to give useful and timely information about criminal activities in any part of the state.

The commissioner called for timely reports of criminal activities, saying “the government would protect anybody who reports or gives useful information about criminal activities”
