South-West is United, Ready to Produce Next President -Akande

All progressive Congress (APC) chieftain and former interim chairman of the party, Chief Bisi Akande has said that South-West leaders are united and ready to produce Nigeria’s next president.

Akande said this after a meeting with the South-West leaders and presidential aspirants from the zone held in Lagos, yesterday.

Akande, a former Osun State Governor reiterated that the aspirants in the zone have right to contest.

Those present include; Vice president Yemi Osinbajo, Femi Gbajabiamila, speaker of the house of representatives; Babatunde Fashola, minister of works and housing; Bola Tinubu, national leader of the party, Segun Osoba, former Ogun State governor, Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola; APC National Secretary, Iyiola Omisore; all APC governors in the zone.
