The Plateau State, National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal has nullified the election of Senator Napoleon Bali of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), and declared Minister of Labour and Employment, Simon Bako Lalong, of the All Progressives Congress (APC), as the valid winner of the Plateau South Senatorial District.
The Tribunal in a unanimous judgement said the PDP having no structure lacked the right to have taken part in the election.
