The Director General National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), Professor Abubakar Sulaiman has described the Senate President, Senator Godswill Akpabio as an uncommon gift to Nigeria.

Prof Sulaiman disclosed this in a statement issued to celebrate Akpabio’s 62nd birthday on Monday.

“As our Chairman NILDS Governing Council we could not have asked for more favour from God other than to continue to appreciate you sir, as a rare gift to Nigeria’s Democratic Institutions”. He noted

While praying to God to grant him many more years of selfless service to the nation, the DG NILDS reassured him of the best wishes of the Management and Staff of the Institute.
