We could recall that the Acting Chairman Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) Governor Abubakar Sani Bello of Niger State on Tuesday told journalists that the CECPC adopted and approve the report of the zoning Committee constituted by the erstwhile national chairman, Mai Mala Buni.
