The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the Adamawa State governorship election inconclusive.

The collation officer said on Monday that a winner could not be declared because the number of collected PVCs at over 37,000 was more than the margin of lead for Governor Ahmadu Fintiri over his challenger, Aishatu Ahmed.

However, INEC declared the election inconclusive due to the margin of votes.
