Journalists Urged To Imbibe Tenets Of Profession

Journalists in Kwara State have been advised to imbibe the tenets of the profession particularly in the area of media ethics and law, in the discharge of their duties.
This was disclosed on Wednesday at a one-day media workshop organised by Albarka FM in collaboration with Wole Soyinka Center for Investigative Journalism and MacArthur Foundation.

The session, which was facilitated by Bushrah Yusuf-Badmus of the News Agency of Nigeria and Zainab Sanni of the News Verifier Africa, was well attended by journalists from across different news medium in the state.
Yusuf-Badmus, who stressed the importance of professional ethics in the day to day reporting, urged the journalists to take caution where necessary
