Justify Confidence Repose in You, Gov. Abdulrahman Tasks NYSC Members

The kwara state, Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq has tasked the Nigerian Youth graduates to justify the confidence recline in them to bring about development in the country.

The governor speaking through the permanent secretary of Ministry of Youth Development, Alhaji Abdulrazaq Babatunde Alabere at the Swearing in ceremony of the 2024 batch A Stream 1 Corps Members at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Yikpata said the country is blessed with talented and intelligent youth. He therefore urged them to deploy their talent towards practices that advance the status of the country in the course of their national service.

The governor said the Corps Members should use the instrument of National Youth Service Corps to contribute their quotas to their host communities. He also affirmed the state resolve not to relent in making sure corps members are well protected and their welfare is prioritised.

Meanwhile, the State Coordinator of NYSC Kwara state, Mr. Onifade Olaoluwa has expressed confidence in the Corps Members undergoing orientation course in the camp. He added that the corps members have been conducting themselves in orderly manner since their arrival on camp.

It is worthy of note that the 2024, Batch A Stream 1 orientation commenced nationwide on Thursday 15 February. In NYSC, The oath of allegiance was administered on the corps members by the Kwara State Chief who was represented by the Hon. Justice haruna Gegele
