Kaduna govt confirms Seven people killed in fresh bandit attack

The Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, in Kaduna State, Samuel Aruwa was on Sunday 29 of November confirmed the death of seven people in terrorist attack that happened on the early hours of the day at Jemaa Local Government Area.

Aruwa said the armed terrorist reportedly stormed the Ungwan Bido village in Kaduna State on Sunday morning, killed seven people and burnt down four houses  with another two children that were yet to be found after the attack.

The attack reportedly follows the alleged killing of a Fulani herdsman, Isiyaka Saidu, of Ungwan Pah village on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Governor Nasir El-Rufai said he had directed the State Emergency Management Agency; to, as a matter of urgency; provide relief materials to citizens whose houses were burnt; as well as those injured in the attack.
