Kwara: Suspected Ritualists Killed Herdsman, Removed Private Parts

Some suspected ritualists have killed and dismantled body of a Fulani herdsman in Igosun, Oyun local government area of Kwara state.

It was gathered that the victim, Usman Audu, who his people have been looking for, since Thursday 15th of July, 2021, was later found death in a farm, with his heart, private part and eyes removed.

According to a source, “He left home with his cows on Thursday morning for grazing. But we became worried in the evening when we didn’t see him which was unusual but only his cows returned.

“After hours of search, in collaboration with the police in the area that we reported to, his body was later found without heart, hands and eyes”

He, however said his corp has been deposited at morgue of offa general hospital.

Confirming the incident, the spokesman of the Kwara State Police Command, Ajayi Okasanmi said investigation is still on going saying no arrest has been made as at the time of filling this report.
