Sen. Bukola Saraki Donates N10m For Completion of Mosque In Ilorin


Immediate past president of the senate, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki, Waziri ngeri of Ilorin on Friday, 7th of May, 2021 donated sum of ten million naira for the completion of Imam Gambari’s Mosque in Ilorin, the Kwara state capital.

Saraki who was invited to the Tafsir programme received with funfair and jubilation by the people of the community in company of his entourage.

Saraki who arrived the venue earlier also received the Emir of Ilorin at the programme.

Imam Gambari led the Tafsir while Sheikh Sanu-Sheu delivered sermon on unity of purpose towards community development.

The former member of the federal house of representative, Hon. Zakari Muhammed, also supported Saraki’s donation with N250, 000 for the completion of the same Mosque.

The spiritual leaders however prayed for peace, stability of Kwara state in general and Ilorin Emirate in particular and sound health for both the Emir and Saraki. They also called on Allah to further elevate Saraki who they described as the glory of Kwara state and Nigeria.
