As part of effort to ensure that All Progressive Congress, APC, coast home victory in the 2023 presidential election, the coordinator of the North Central zone of the Tinubu/Shettima Women campaign team Her Excellency Ambassador Dr Olufolake Abdulrazaq on Friday held a strategic meeting and inaugurated a structure.
Ambassador Olufolake, First Lady of Kwara State, charged the lucky members of the team on the need to embark on strategic and aggressive campaign in their domain and nationwide to ensure APC retain Power after the 2023 general election.
The event held at the FCT, Abuja had in attendance Women Commissioners, women leaders across the zone, candidates, wives of candidates, aspirants, PCC and PCT members, contact and mobilisation team and others.
The group at the event roll out a work plan which includes door-to-door engagement, town hall meetings and educating people at the grassroots amongst others.
The zonal coordinator however thanked President Muhammadu Buhari and the leadership of the APC for gender inclusivity by setting up the women presidential campaign team with over a thousand members.
Kwara First Lady also thanked the grand patron of the women presidential campaign team, the First Lady of Nigeria Dr Aisha Buhari for providing quality leadership while she commended the chairperson senator Dr Oluremi Tinubu and co-chairperson Hajia Nana Shettima for their unflinching support.
Earlier the North Central zonal women leader Princess Zahra Audu commended the North Central zonal coordinator and assured of North Central Women’s resolve to come out enmasse in support of Tinubu/Shettima presidency.
