We’re not in Qatar to make up numbers – Cameroon coach, warns Brazil ahead of encounter

Cameroon head coach, Rigobert Song has warned Brazil that his team did not come to the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar just to make up numbers.

Song issued the warning following Cameroon’s World Cup 3-3 draw against Serbia on Monday.

Speaking after the match, Song said at his post-match press conference: “We believe we can do it against Brazil.

“We didn’t come to the World Cup to just make up the numbers, to take part.

“We think we can still have a say in the tournament even if we know Brazil is a great team.”

Cameroon will play against Brazil in their last group game on Friday.
