Mai Zam Zam Donates Books to Kwara Polytechnic

In its bid to support the effort of the Kwara state government to reposition the education sector in the state, the Chief Executive Officer, Mai Zam Zam Bookshop, Kano, Engr. Muhammad Garba has donated books worth millions of naira to the state-owned Polytechnic.

Speaking after receiving the books from the representative of the donor, the Rector of the premier tertiary institution, Engr. Jimoh Muhammed Abdul, lauded the initiative of the donor, adding that the gesture will contribute immensely to the development of the institution.

He said the books which cut across courses from various departments such as Nutrition and Dietetics, Library Science, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics among others will assist both staff and students of the Polytechnic in research and other academic activities.
