NUT, IPU, APC, Head Teachers hail Gov. AbdulRazaq over Asude’s appointment

    Professional bodies and community associations, including the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT), Ibagun Progressive Union (IPU), Balogun Gambari Youth Movement, Association of Primary School Head Teachers of Nigeria and the All Progressives Congress (APC) have hailed the Kwara State governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq on the appointment of Malam AbdulMalik Rauf Asude as Education Secretary of Ilorin East Local Government Education Authority (LGEA).

    The unions and associations in in their congratulatory messages to the appointee, thanked the governor for the choice of Asude, whom they described as a round peg in a round hole, given his vast experience in the education sector.

    In their congratulatory messages signed by Olaiya Rasheed and Saka Adanla, the NUT, Moro local government and Ilorin East local government chapters respectively, they described Asude’s appointment as well-deserved.

    In its own message signed by Comrade Yakubu Issa, the Association of Primary School Head Teachers of Nigeria said,” we hereby congratulate you on the well deserved appointment as secretary, Ilorin East LGEA. We pray to God to give you wisdom, understanding,guide and protect you throughout the tenure of your office.

    ” We also appreciate the Executive Governor of Kwara State,Malam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board chairman, Prof Shehu Adaramaja for appointing a well deserved person as the education secretary, Ilorin East LGEA. “

    The IPU in its congratulatory message signed by its chairman, Alh Kuranga Omomeji Morogun and secretary, Abdullahi Jamiu, said:” Ibagun was thrown into happy mood on hearing your appointment as a substantive LGEA secretary. It was another plus and feather to our caps.

    ” On behalf of IPU and the entire Okelele community we heartily congratulate you on the appointment which is well deserved. Ibagun is proud of you and very optimistic that you will put up the tremendous service of hard work,humility, trustworthiness, fairness and firmness in the discharge of your duty. We pray Allah to guide, guard and work with you throughout your tenure.”

    The Balogun Gambari Youth Movement,in a statement signed by its president, Muhammed Balogun and secretary,Jubril Bukola said,” the above named association wishes to express its sincere gratitude to Almighty Allah for having you as a new ambassador in Balogun Gambari constituency ( the Education Secretary, Ilorin East Local Government Authority). The constituency rejoices with you and prays for your success in office.”

    The Nigeria association of Teachers of Arabic and Islamic studies (NATAIS),Kwara State chapter led by Alh Muhammad Jamiu Ajijola Anabi has also congratulated Asude on his appointment.
    The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ilorin East, described Asude’s appointment as well-deserved.

    The party in a statement signed by its secretary in the local government, Comrade Habeeb Olesin said,” no doubt, your appointment is anchored on your personal disposition, sacrifice, humility and laudable contributions to the education sector.

    “We are very optimistic that your appointment will promote and improve the progressive synergy between the educational stakeholders and the people-oriented administration of Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, using your wealth of experience, passion-driven skills and intellectual capacity in the discharge of your duty.

    “The leadership of the party also appreciate Professor Shehu Adaramaja ,(SUBEB chairman )for choosing the right person.

    “May Almighty grant you the divine wisdom, courage and strength to deliver maximally.”

    The Asude family of Okelele, Ilorin also thanked Governor AbdulRazaq for finding their son worthy of appointment as LGEA secretary.

    In a statement signed by Alh S.O AbdulMalik, the Asude family prayed God to grant the new appointee a successful tenure.
